Within this show, the start is the same as the Pilot for the real first episode for My Name Is Earl: Where Earl is hit by a car the instant he wins 100,000 US Dollars on a Scratchcard recently bought, in hospital he is visited by Joy where whilst doped up in morphine he doesn't realise that he was getting divorced from their marriage. When he turns on the TV, Instead of watching the Carson Daly Show, he turns to watch Family Guy and thinks that when Stewey Griffin says that when people screw you up, you get to your feet and screw them back over, that's where he makes a new list of all the people who have made his life hell.
After the Hospital scene, he shows the list to his brother and they start to make amends by scratching the other peoples' cars because they're nicer than his, at the same time Catalina finds Earl's Ticket and quits her job.
Afterwards he goes and trashes the trailer that Joy and Crabman live at, like Joy at the motel flat at the start of the Real Pilot episode but instead of storming off after not finding the lottery ticket. He shaves off Joy's and Crabman's Hair and then starts on the rest of the list: #64 – Kenny James made me feel stupid.
He looks for Sandy – a male prostitute and employs him to have sex with him to make him look gay but they don't realize that Kenny and Sandy actually are gay, and end up with Sandy staying the night at Kenny's house.
Next morning, Earl and Randy go and check that Sandy is OK and if Kenny had not killed him, and after sneaking into his house they find both Kenny and Sandy having sex and run out the house, where Earl gets hit by a car again, this time by a now Bald Joy and Crabman, but instead of driving off, they run him over.
At the end, Earl is dead and Randy does the closing scene voice over where he says: „So Earl was dead. I was sad to start with, but then realized that this was now my show: My name is Randy.“ and Randy appears on screen with an Earl style mustache.
