Synopsis (Source: Wikipedia)

Camden County's wealthiest businessman Richard Chubby dies and his son, Little Chubby (Norm Macdonald) returns to town to take over his late father's business interests. In a flashback, we learn that Little Chubby, or L.C., as he is called, was hated and feared by the town for his cruel and sadistic behavior. Earl, egged on by Joy, disguised himself, entered the Crab Shack, and delivered a savage kick to L.C.'s crotch. As L.C. writhed in pain on the floor, the other bar patrons gathered around him, laughing and jeering. L.C. left town after the incident, finally realizing what others thought of him.

When L.C. returns to Camden, the town is concerned that he will return to his old tricks. Earl has other worries, since L.C. is on his list for the kicking incident and Earl will have to confront him to apologize. Everyone is surprised to find that Little Chubby is a changed man, as he improves working conditions at Club Chubby and invites everyone in town to visit his mansion and use the pool. L.C. forgives Earl for kicking him, claiming that the assault had actually made him a better man.

All is well until L.C.‚s robe slips open at poolside, and Earl and Randy are horrified at the sight of L.C.‘s profoundly damaged testicles. Earl takes L.C. to a doctor for surgery to repair the damage. As L.C. heals, it becomes apparent that his change in demeanor was a result of a lack of testosterone caused by the testicle damage. L.C. becomes his old mean self again, and decides to seek revenge on Earl after all. L.C. knocks Earl out with a beer bottle, and Earl awakens to find himself tied spreadeagled to a fence, with a baseball pitching machine aimed at him. As L.C. adjusts the machine's aim to hit Earl square in the groin, Earl begs him to reconsider. L.C. relents and steps in front of the machine himself, taking the baseball in his own crotch.

Later, we see Earl pushing Little Chubby in his wheelchair on the porch of the mansion. L.C. has realized that he is better off with damaged testicles, and should be walking again in a year or so.
